How do I reset my account?
Profile → Account → Delete account. You can also email us.
My tutor isn't responding
Force-close and reopen the app. If it persists, email us with the tutor name and the time.
My streak reset
Streaks count days where you complete at least one full interactive view. Just opening the app doesn't count.
How do I change the language?
Profile → Chat language. Tutors will reply in your chosen language.
How do I delete my data?
Profile → Account → Delete account, or email us. We delete within 30 days.
